Flat, Incline and Decline positions allow the user to adjust to Any position that fits their workout plan. Chrome uprights are adjustable for the incline position. Safety bar hooks add extra safety while changing weight plates. Rear plate storage pegs for convenience. COmpatible with Preacher curl bench pad with bar holder (SOLD SEPERATELY). Compatible with Leg Lift attachment (SOLD SEPERATELY). Over-all, this bench covers shoulders, legs, abs, arms, chest.
