The PR-4 is constructed with four 3” x 3” 11-gauge steel uprights measuring at 90” tall with 1” holes for attachments, the PR-4 is every lifter’s dream. Four 3” x 3” cross members, one fat/skinny (45 mm/28 mm) double bar that can be used as a pull-up bar or grip strength training with the fat bar, and one single bar for pull-ups and muscle ups constructs this rack for supreme stability. It is paired with Standard RG-7 J-cups with protective plastic to prevent your barbells’ knurling from scratching and chipping. The Rack offers the feel of a commercial grade rack inside the comfort of your home or garage. The PR-4 also allows a wide range of custom options with accessories. You can tailor this rack to fit all your workout needs. MULTI-GRIP OPTION: The PR-4 offers a fat/skinny double (45 mm/28 mm) bar that can be used for pull-ups or grip strength training with the fat bar. The rack also offers one single bar for pull-ups, muscle-ups, and any other gymnastics movement.

VERSATILE TRAINING: In addition to gymnastics movements, use the PR-4 to perform squats, shoulder press, bench press. With 42.5” width inside this rack, you can easily slide a bench for flat, decline, incline, and seated shoulder press.
